Concierge Courier Jamaica is Jamaica’s first courier company to operate on a pure service model where all goods are delivered to the customer or can be picked up at a pop-up location so no more waiting for hours to collect your goods and definitely no more long lines.

Like many other courier companies you simply buy and then ship your goods through our secured overseas facility. We can accommodate all size goods and merchandise such as barrels, C, D or E containers, containerized and brake bulk goods from all over the world and even motor vehicles all delivered to you.

We also facilitate persons who don't have a credit card and want to shop online.

HOW IT WORKS

Sign up, Shop and Ship

Sign up for free on our website by clicking here and get access to personal US shipping address. Then simply shop at favourite stores worldwide and have it delivered to the address. You can also have family and friends send goods directly your US shipping address.

Track Your Packages

Once your items have been delivered to the US address, you will be notified and have the ability to continue tracking your package at any time and from anywhere. You are required to send us a copy of your invoice(s) to facilitate Customs clearance in Jamaica.

Collect Your Packages

Once your package arrives in Jamaica, we will handle all customs processes and have your package(s) cleared. You will receive a notification email that the package is ready for delivery through our Concierge delivery service as well as any applicable costs.

What is the average delivery time for my package(s) to be delivered to your warehouse in Miami?

The average delivery time for a purchase from a U.S. based vendor to our Florida warehouse is usually 5 to 8 days, some sites takes longer. Notwithstanding, you should be able to track your packages to know when they have arrived at our Florida warehouse.

How long does it take for my package to arrive in Jamaica?

After your package is delivered to our Florida address by Thursday of any week, it will arrive in Jamaica on the upcoming Monday, so 3 -5 days in most instances.

How long do I have to collect my packages?

You have thirty (30) days after it is ready for delivery to collect your package. Notifications will be sent out to remind you that your package is ready.

My package was delivered but I do not see it in my account.

Packages are updated in batches and by the end of day also there may be an error in the shipping address. So contact us.

How do I know if my package attracts customs duty?

All packages valued over US$50 are subject to customs duty charges. So try to Keep your orders below US$50 if you want to avoid paying duties by splitting up your shipments.
